MLK Unity Parade & Program

Join us for the MLK Unity Parade and Community Program as we honor Dr. King’s legacy with purpose, celebration, and community pride. The parade begins at Provost Park and concludes at the Cocoa Riverfront for an inspiring program open to all.

About the event

The MLK Unity Parade and Community Program bring together families, organizations, and leaders from across Brevard County to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Starting at Provost Park and traveling to the Cocoa Riverfront, the parade features schools, churches, youth groups, fraternities, sororities, community organizations, and local partners who come together in unity and celebration.

Immediately following the parade, the MLK Community Program includes speakers, performances, and presentations reflecting this year’s theme, “Mission Possible II: Building Community, Uniting a Nation the Nonviolent Way.”


Hosted by the NAACP Central Brevard Branch.
